The Role:

• As a Principal Consultant, you will be in an exceptional role unlike elsewhere: one which truly aims and is designed to take already very strong performers to the next level of exceptional performance. Embark on your strategic journey to develop your candidate and client base alike, as well as accelerating your start with our existing client base and global lead network. You will have the opportunity to work alongside extremely talented and experienced colleagues, as well as innovate with outcomes to deliver strong business mix to clients across search, projects, retained and executive contracting. • At Principal Consultant level, EBC engages with you increasingly about rounding your ability to make big impact at macro levels and top performing attributes – be it leadership abilities, account management, proposing innovative solutions to clients (across retained, SoW, projects, contracting), use of internal technology or revenue performance. You will be groomed and challenged towards Associate Directorship and be expected to make contributions and influence more broadly around the business, helping impact EBC at large.

Experience and Qualifications:

• We are looking for high performing, entrepreneurial and collaborative recruiters/headhunters with outstanding work ethics and passion for being the best in your specialised recruitment domain.
• You demonstrate emerging leadership qualities and superior fee generation abilities, speak knowledgably about your specialised recruitment market and most importantly, the opportunities and key current day levers therein.
• You will have roughly at least 5 to 10 years’ experience as a recruitment professional working in an executive search/recruitment firm – whether in large MNC agencies, headhunters, boutiques or otherwise, we are keen to hear from you. You’re able to show evidence of very strong revenue performance, existing client networks and growing ability to broadly influence both internally and externally.

Your Roles

· Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.

· Ensure proper accounting of all transactions and reconcile cash at end of shift.

· Greeting customers, providing friendly and efficient service.
Rotating shift: 10am – 7pm / 1pm – 10pm

Description

• Partner with Department Managers to plan,schedule and maintain the master training calendar
• Cascade approved learning needs to individual learning plans; row up training programmes.
• Manage programme tracking in LMS such as registration, attendance tracking, pre-and post-course evaluations, invoicing, and payments.
• Maintain learning records of staff and track budget and expenses within the department's cost centre.
• Support Leadership Development and Performance Management
• Assist with ad-hoc HR related projects

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources with at least 3 years of assistant manager experience preferably in a healthcare or learning environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Audit including of review and update of SOPs
• Skilled in communication, time-management and stakeholder management
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of various programming languages & database types
• 7+ years of professional experience in QA / Testing and agile methodology
• Skilled in both Manual and Automation testing
• Tooling experience in SQL Server/DB2/SQL, SOAP UI, XML, JIRA knowledge
• Experience in Selenium, APPIUM, KATALON, TOSCA, API, WINDMILL is required
• Good team player, fast learner and good analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
