As the Programmes Manager at Extraordinary People Limited, you will assume a pivotal role in the facilitation and support of programme implementation. Your responsibilities encompass identifying gaps, analyzing data to discern patterns and opportunities, refining existing service models, and integrating structural changes at the systems level to accommodate a broader spectrum of special needs clients.

Supporting Programme Development:

Programme Evaluation:

Job Requirements

• Hold a degree in any discipline, with relevant professional experience (Preference for experience in social care (SPED) or the visual and performing arts industry, although not mandatory).

• Create and maintain a prompt book: Record cues, blocking, and technical details in a master script.
• Coordinate communication: Serve as the central point of contact between the director, cast, crew, and production team.
• Oversee technical rehearsals: Ensure lighting, sound, and other technical elements are integrated smoothly.
• Manage schedules: Organize and distribute rehearsal and performance schedules for the cast and crew.
• Supervise the crew: Coordinate stagehands, lighting, sound, and other technical personnel during performances.

Responsibilities
