Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LCS Support Analyst to provide 24/7 rotational support for critical banking applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in incident and problem management, troubleshooting, and system performance optimization. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the production systems while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
