Role Description

This position is responsible for handling all customers’ requests – call-in, walk-in, breakdown recovery and enquiries to deliver prompt and highest level of 7 customer commitments and satisfaction.

Responsibilites

Service Advisor:

• Assist to prepare extended quotations
• Responsible to take in vehicle while other service advisors are busy, to understand current vehicle situation from driver)
• Provide updates to customer regarding vehicle status inside various group chats
• Responsible to open recovery Work-order for Service contract or internal billing
• Responsible to open new trucks work-order and billing as per Sales Team request

Service Planning:

• Prepare service planning and communicated to respective customers
• Sending reminders to ensure the planning is adhered as per schedule
• Provide update to member on workshop performance achievement
• Fully accountable for pre-planned activities to ensure workshop & service bookings are filled
• Maintain consistent communications with customers to minimize missed service booking
• Fully responsible for VOSP updating to ensure 100% conversion within Planner / VOSP / LDS
• Ensure proper and timely update of customers’ details within the system for seamless flow of information between systems
• Ensure 100% conversion of service bookings intake / day & follow-up promptly with no-shows
• Check and ensure all proper documentation
• Attend to customers and vendors query for any dispute/discrepancies arise
• Prepare PO to suppliers / contractors
• Ensure 3 ways matching (Purchase Order vs Delivery Order if applicable vs Invoice) on dates, completeness and accuracy prior to submission to Business Control department

Other administrative duties:

• Track and monitor vendor invoices are received timely and in complete order. This is to avoid any further payment delay beyond agreed credit term
• Closely monitor and follow up debtors and liaise with relevant parties to ensure prompt payment and healthy debtors for the service department
• Any additional duties assigned by Managers

Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life-science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Lab Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.

This is a 1 Year contract (Convertible) role. They are located at Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.

5 days work week - Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30pm)

Training will be provided for Entry Level (structured training programs)

Duties

• Prepare samples and reagents
• Operate sample handling equipments
• Ensure data accuracy and detail records
• Adhere to safety procedures
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess minimally Diploma in Chemistry / Lifescience / Biotech / Pharmacy / Food Tech related fields

TikTok seeks a product marketing professional with a background in digital media to lead go-to-market for brand solutions in Southeast Asia. Sitting as part of the SEA Product Marketing team in the Product Solutions & Operations organisation, the role involves close collaboration with both in-market sales and global product teams in a high growth environment. Ability to self-motivate, prioritise projects and influence cross functional partners are key skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working with digital advertising products in a product marketing capacity and also be familiar with brand marketing. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

- Own product growth and adoption for specific TikTok ad products and/or measurement products in Southeast Asia

- Collaborate with Sales teams to develop best practices through the lens of brand marketers to drive business outcomes

- Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global & Regional product marketing teams to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies

- Plan and deliver product training to sales teams and develop local product marketing collaterals

- Act as the voice of the market to the product team; analyze, evaluate and synthesise market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above with 5 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on brand marketing campaigns

- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams

- Ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task and work independently

- Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in digital marketing business for brand campaigns

- Possess a strong knowledge of trends in the industry and strong understanding of client's digital marketing objectives for these industries

- Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical skills

- Fluency in local SEA languages (such as Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Tagalog, or others) is a plus to effectively communicate with and support our diverse customer base across Southeast Asia.
