Roles and Responsibilities

• Site project management.

• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project

completion targets.

• Daily site activities planning, preparing

work breakdown, daily site operations, site

coordination, monitoring and report work

progress.

• Work closely with sub-contractors on

project progress and ensure timely work

arrangements

• Liaise with consultant and carry out site

inspection.

• Attend weekly or monthly meeting with

sub-contractors on work progression and

prepare monthly meeting progress report.

• Preparation of structural analysis, loading

calculation and drawings.

• Establish good relationship with all

relevant parties.

• Ensure site safety & compliance to

authorities’ requirements.

• Perform other construction-related

duties as assigned by Reporting Manager.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil or relevant Engineering

Min. 3 years of working experience.

Office software

Experience in Infra-structure project more

than 200million.

Responsibilities:

• Move SGH patients between facilities on SGH campus, ambulance service does not cater to member of public.
• Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or bandaging wounds.
• Ensure the medical equipment & supplies are valid and functional for daily operations.
• Assist nurses or doctors in EAS.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.

Requirements:

• Valid EMT certification.
• Training will be provided.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Will be required to work over-time.

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

• Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years above experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in the field of industrial machinery and tools.
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing techniques.
• Experience with project management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Take charge of all aspects of electrical engineering in the design of electrical power distribution system, switchboard, MCC and control
• Prepare and review the design of the Electrical Works, such as equipment sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop calculation, power system study, raceway routing and sizing etc.
• Attend to FAT, supervision of the delivery, installation and testing and commissioning of electrical works.

Senior Scientist, DoD Polymer Chemical

Position Overview:

As a Senior Scientist specializing in Debonding on Demand (DoD) Polymer Chemistry, you will lead the development of advanced polymers with controlled debonding capabilities.

Your work will focus on synthesizing and characterizing polymers that respond to specific stimuli, enabling precise and reversible debonding for various applications.

These materials include dynamic networks, shape-memory polymers, and other stimuliresponsive

materials tailored for on-demand debonding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and synthesize debonding on demand polymers with unique, stimuliresponsive properties.
• Characterize the developed polymers, ensuring their effectiveness and viability in advanced adhesive technologies.
• Apply extensive experience in literature and patent search, ideally as an inventor, to contribute to the company's intellectual property (IP) portfolio and innovation strategy.
• Lead a cross-functional team of scientists, fostering innovation and collaboration to drive progress in DoD polymer research.
• Collaborate with external R&D partners, exploring open innovation opportunities to accelerate technological advancement.

Requirements

• Strong background in Project Management with a solid understanding of material science, particularly in polymer chemistry and processing technologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead interdisciplinary teams, and align research activities with business goals.
• Expertise in coordinating the development of materials with debonding on demand (DoD) functionalities and ensuring their commercial viability.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in managing scientists and technology developers in a research and development setting.
• Experience in collaboration with external R&D partners and driving open innovation initiatives.
• PhD or Master’s in Material Science, Polymer Chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in project management and leadership roles in material development.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and senior management.
• Strong organizational and software skills, including project management tools and Microsoft Office.
