About the Job

At JLL, we are driving sustainability through everything that we do, across all service lines and job positions. Specifically, we are growing our Sustainability practice to drive end-to-end sustainability solutions in real estate, from site selection to decommissioning.

In this role, you will work directly with one of our high-profile clients, acting as an embedded extension of their in-house Sustainability Team. As a member of the JLL Sustainable Operations Team with a deep knowledge of the needs of our client’s program, you will ensure they are capturing JLL’s full suite of sustainability services. You will act as an accelerator and partner-collaborator enabling our client to increase engagement across stakeholders and progress towards goals. You will ensure effective integration across regions/business/functions throughout the real estate lifecycle, influence behavioral changes, including change management ownership, required to achieve scope of work delivery, goals, and targets. This role requires a strategic and programmatic approach to embed sustainability thinking and practices across the real estate lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute energy management or sustainability strategy, including local site-level plans.
• Engage with JLL facility managers and landlords to become the key point of contact for the provision of wide-ranging advice in relation to all aspects of environmental sustainability.
• Implement energy and sustainability programs to reach objectives.
• Support reporting objectives and provide management information relating to the use of utilities and the impact on the internal and external environment.
• Manage the energy, waste, and water data collection process within the JLL technology platform and produce periodic (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual) reports that are tailored to meet our client’s specific requirements.
• Work with the global utility operations team to deliver reports demonstrating KPI compliance and ad-hoc reporting needs as they arise.
• Drive operational improvements though the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve energy, carbon, and sustainability performance across regional portfolio and building-level perspective.
• Collaborate with other JLL Sustainable Operations team members to share best practices, identify opportunities, and develop case studies.
• Drive implementation of site-level sustainability plans to facility managers, and provide training to support their site-level activities.
• Develop and enhance systems and processes for delivering best practice sustainability performance and use of utility/sustainability management systems for monitoring and/or reporting purposes.

Requirements – Essential

• University Degree (Science, engineering, math or related fields)
• Technical understanding of the most common HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems
• In-depth understanding of energy and water conservation measures
• Experienced with benchmarking and analyzing utility data to drive sustainability measures
• In-depth understanding of Greenhouse Gas Emission scopes and reporting
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus

Requirements – Desirable

• Experience conducting site walkthroughs to find conservation measures (e.g., ASHRAE Level 1 and 2)
• Strong project management skills and an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high pressure, deadline driven environment
• Knowledge of six sigma, change management, and other frameworks to drive incremental improvements and results at scale
• Experience in the preparation of tenders and work orders and the ability to select appropriate equipment and service vendors
• Knowledge of environmental reporting, utility management and energy budgets, an environmental improvement program, and ISO 14001 (or similar) compliance.
• Familiarity with energy procurement process and renewable energy options

The executive is responsible for sourcing and engaging potential partners and donors for the non-profit organization, managing charitable donations, fundraising campaigns, and donor outreach. They also oversee membership programs, maintaining accurate records and fostering relationships with members and stakeholders, while supporting community events and initiatives.

The Challenges

Fundraising & Donor Engagement Responsibilities:

• Manage donor relationships by setting up structured engagement processes and maintaining donor databases.
• Provide administrative support for fundraising activities, including planning and executing campaigns such as charity carnivals, flag days, charity dinners, online initiatives, and other events.
• Prepare donor letters and promotional materials for fundraising campaigns.
• Assist in establishing guidelines for donations and ensure adherence to statutory fundraising protocols and compliance screenings.
• Maintain and update donor databases, including working with vendors for system enhancements.
• Process donations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to administer donations in compliance with charity governance and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management reports to evaluate fundraising campaigns and donation impact, ensuring timely submissions to program sponsors.

Membership Relations Responsibilities:

• Oversee the membership lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and renewals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members to enhance their experience.
• Manage communication with members, review applications, and maintain an accurate membership database.
• Develop and enhance member benefits and services to add value to the membership experience.
• Plan logistics and support the organization’s Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EOGM).
• Organize and coordinate membership events, including managing registrations and fee collections.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to promote membership benefits and events.
• Work with Volunteer Management to coordinate outreach programs for members.
• Prepare management reports as needed.

What it takes :

• At least 2 years of experience in membership management, donations, fundraising, or related event support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with online design tools for creating promotional materials.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for fundraising and membership events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

SUMMARY

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

3. Responsible for liaising / negotiating with shipper, agents / forwarders for movement of shipment through air / sea freight (import / export).

5. Responsible for establishing and managing incoming and outbound procurement and distribution / shipping schedules.

6. Responsible for preparing of Delivery orders, packing list and Commercial Invoices.

7. Responsible for monitoring and timely payments of all duties and taxes.

8. Able to undertake packing / dispatch of shipments as per outlined specifications and carefully handling of stock items.

9. Responsible for ensuring all documents are received / issued and filed.

10. Responsible for updating the logistic documents in accounting software and other systems.

11. Responsible for procuring and ordering regular stock items.

12. Responsible for monitoring the stock re-order levels.

13. Responsible for safe handling of inventory.

14. Ensure appropriate warehouse safety measures are adhered.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

1. Responsible for daily & monthly MIS reports to the stakeholders on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ logistics management experience from marine industry

• Familiar with freight rates negotiation and cost comparison

• Stock management, replenishment, and schedule planning experience.

• Diploma in supply chain or equivalent working experience in related field

• good planning skills that able to plan and meet deadlines

• Proficient in using ZOHO or other software.

• Occasionally support during weekends or public holidays might require.
