Digital Solutions comprises Intelligent Automation such as Robotic Process Automation (UiPath), Data Transformation Tools (Alteryx, Python scripting), Data Analytics & Visualization Tools (Tableau, Qlik), workflow tools (PEGA), Content Management tools (Data digitization/OCR), and Large Language Models (LLMs) that enhance efficiency, improve quality of transaction management, and automate manual processes.

As a Change Associate within the Digital Solutions team, you will support the implementation of digital solutions across teams in APAC CIB Operations from solution design to implementation. The uniqueness of this role is that it is not just any project management role; you are expected to roll up your sleeves and develop solutions using digital tools, proactively perform research & discovery on fintech/new technology solutions, and leverage LLMs and OpenAI API for innovative solutions. You will have experience with the above digital solution tools and should be passionate about digital technology, with an innovative mindset to discover and bring new ideas and then navigate the way through to successfully execute the idea. Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
