Summary:

Ensure all warehouse instructions are issued on timely basis to Suppliers, 3rdParty Logistics (3PL) and packaging suppliers for on-time arrival of shipments to destinations globally.

Job Scopes:

Issue of Shipping Instructions (SI) - Timeliness of SI issuance is critical to the on-time departure from origin and arrival of raw materials to all Michelin plants worldwide.

Monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting of all operational issues encountered to find the best course of action for shipments of cargo.

Taking raw material leadtime and preparations into consideration when issuing SIs and dynamic situation concerning maritime activities

Logistics Coordination with Stakeholders - Effective liaising with relevant partners to ensure on-time deliveries and service commitment. In addition, to proactively alert stakeholders in case of any event of delays, failure and participates in the search for solutions.

In the event of issues, the planner must have the ability to analyze and identify the root cause of issue and implement corrective actions to remedy situation. This include cross communications with suppliers, shipping lines representatives and 3PL entities.

Provide detailed information on practices and tools to display effective monitoring of shipments and actions in place to address issues in the event of unexpected circumstance. (cargo delays, space capacity challenges etc).

Acquainted with analysis of data management and to propose solutions to improve logistics procedures with new and/or existing working methods.

• Works to ensure any store maintenance issues are reported correctly and resolved quickly to the company standard required, escalating as appropriate
• Cleaning contractors are regularly reviewed to ensure they are delivering to brand cleaning specifications and escalate risks
• Duty Management · Ensures that all the section managers are trained and able to carry out the duty manager role/ key holder role and manage major incidents competently

Loss & Prevention

Ensure that all cashiers understand and adhere to the cash management procedures

Possess high integrity and adheres to cash and security procedures with all security log forms populated truthfully

Carry out routine checks on stockroom and shop floor and look for loose alarms

Check TGT after every stock take and take note of the items that might be due to theft. Deploy staffs on those zone areas and take precaution on those items

Be vigilant and look out for shoplifters or anything that is out of the norm

What You Can Expect

• Responsible new product introduction initial phase of silicon bring up working with NPI Product and Test team in the US to validate new device features and test/DFT methodologies.
• Collaborate with NPI PE, Test, Foundry and Reliability Engineering teams to drive NPI development of highspeed datacenter products and their variants.

What We're Looking For
