Key Responsibility
- To work closely with sales, service, and industry managers in a team approach to serving customers. To perform out-door sales activities to achieve the agreed sales targets.
- To promote and develop existing customers in Singapore for Endress+Hauser products, services and solutions in the industries assigned to your team.
- To provide customer service, build and maintain good customer relations, solve problems, attend to complaints, and provide effective customer support, to achieve the best customer experience from end-to-end.
- To develop sound customer relationships at all levels and keep the accounts plan and forecast regularly updated in Salesforce Lightning CRM.
- To work closely with colleagues internationally, joining our global network to ensure the best of service to our customers and to be an active participant in Kaizen and Lean projects.
- To respond to and follow up on customer enquiries and specifications for products and systems or packages based on E+H products, services and third-party suppliers and pass on clear instruction to Internal Sales Engineer to prepare quotations and proposals in SAP, in a timely manner.
- To be responsible for sales functions, like customer visits, product demonstration, negotiations, complaint handling, providing technical assistance and advice, following up of quotations, closing orders and customer liaison.
- To assist in marketing activities, like exhibitions, seminars, presentations, direct mailing, etc.
- To assist service department in satisfying customers’ after-sales and commissioning service requirements, where applicable.
- To execute agreed strategic plans in an organized way.
- To promote digital sales and meet/exceed assigned targets.
- To be always polite and customer oriented
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical engineering or its equivalent
- At least 3 years' relevant experience.
- Experience in Sales/Business Development, Project Management or Engineering related industry
- Proven sales records of achieving sales target.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be an advantage
