The Cloud Sales Specialist is an overlay role and will identify, sell, and maintain sales relationships within customer accounts in his/her assigned territory.

You will be responsible to build relationships with prospects and/or existing customers. You will play a big role in understanding the customer’s business objectives, and the technical components of our solutions, and utilizing a deliberate sales methodology in achieving sales objectives.

Job Descriptions:

1. Brainstorm and execute lead-generating campaigns such as cold-calling, edms, seminars, etc.
2. Generate new business through customer visits, cold calling, and follow-up on in-coming sales leads.
3. Oversee and execute end-to-end sales process for designated market segments with the manager.

Requirements:

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop and provide cloud computing services (platform-as-a-service or infrastructure-as-a-service) suggestions/proposals for SME, Enterprise and various industry verticals.
2. Design data solutions aligned to the design principles and security standards of the Google Cloud Platform.
3. Design and implement solutions around data warehouse implementation ranging from architecture, ETL processes, multidimensional modelling, data marts implementation.
4. Design and optimize data acquisition, data ingestion, data processing using ETL (Extract, Load, Transform) tool and developing dashboards or other visualizations using Google Cloud Platform or other solutions.
5. Evaluate the requirements and determine actionable tasks, estimates and provide efforts for business solution build and architecture.
6. Responsible for technical documentation on solution implementation.
7. Perform operational readiness tasks and ensure production acceptance criteria are met.
8. Respond to platform technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
9. Work closely with the sales team for cloud-related sales opportunities.
10. Support Pre-Sales activities, i.e. proposal, systems design, proof-of-concept, demo, workshop conduct, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 3 – 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Engineering or Data Science.
3. Strong logical/analytical troubleshooting.
4. Experience in deploying and operating multi/hybrid-cloud platforms, such as Kubernetes, Anthos etc is a plus.
