• To work with internal team & cross team/s for planning and execution of remembrance segment for Relay for Life (RFL) annually

3. Research

• To support research projects undertaken by PSS Hospice team or other initiatives This includes, but is not limited to recruitment, development and coordination of research project within internal and cross-team, data analysis, research writing and/or review.

4. Other Roles

• To identify and encourage suitable clients and/or caregivers to be part of relating to their lived-in experience as patients/caregivers to spread awareness on cancer through multiple platforms.
• To be involved in palliative related events and initiatives, such as World Hospice and Palliative Care Day organised by Singapore Hospice Council. Involvement may include events-related booth activities or supporting psychosocial talks.
• To be involved in review of SCS financial assistance schemes, updating SCS Cancer Care Kit, and/or policy changes and future trends impacting areas of work. Be prepared to redesign and adapt programmes to remain relevant in leading the fight against cancer
• To support cross-team initiative if needed.

Criteria:

• Recognized Degree majoring in Social Work and / or Masters in Counselling.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a healthcare environment, with 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and clients.
• Able to coordinate communication and action among multi-disciplinary teams.
• Note: Title given will commensurate with educational level and years of experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Provide pastoral care to various ministries of the Hokkien Congregation including the following:

a. Overseeing Hokkien SGM, attending monthly SGM leaders’ meeting and sharing at SGM groups.

b. Mentoring SGM leaders for them to be able to lead on their own.

c. Guide and support the Caring Group and Befrienders Group leaders as they care for their members in the worship service.

d. Overseeing WSCS.

e. Prayer ministry.

2. Provide pastoral care to members of the Hokkien Congregation in the following areas:

a. Female members through the WSCS

b. Visit members (hospital, nursing home, or home-bound, etc)

c. Counsel church members as and when needed.

3. Arrange and teach at Hokkien Bible Class and Baptism class (both TA and TA2)

4. Provide follow-up with new Christians and pre-believers

Secondary Responsibilities:

1) Wake Service ministry – leading worship and provide translation.

2) Pulpit ministry – worship leading, praying and preaching

3) Other Ministries support including the following:

a. Church Outreach at Telok Ayer and Telok Blangah (COTA / COTB)

b. St Luke elder care ministry

c. Church Day of Prayer

d. Spiritual Time Out

e. Discipleship & Nurture (D&N)

f. Gospel Sunday

g. Advents & Lent Seasons

4) Any other project base events

Requirement:

Christian Studies.

Able to communicate in Hokkien, Chinese and English.

Responsibilities:

· Drive growth in the maritime satellite airtime market by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships across South East Asia.

· Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, focusing on solution-based sales in the maritime sector.

· Engage with customers to understand their specific needs, and deliver tailored satellite airtime and communication solutions for maritime clients.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through ongoing support and service excellence.

· Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, adjusting sales tactics accordingly.

· Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting to senior management, tracking progress against targets and adjusting strategies where necessary.

· Lead presentations and negotiations with potential and existing clients, ensuring successful contract closures and favorable terms for the company.

· Work closely with the marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery, customer support, and service optimization.

· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and maritime conferences to promote products and expand the company’s network within the region.

· Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff, sharing best practices and driving a high-performance sales culture within the regional team.

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field

· At least 5-7 years of experience in solution-based sales within the maritime satellite airtime, communications, or technology industries.

· Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting targets, with a focus on solution-oriented sales in a B2B environment.

· Strong understanding of the South East Asia maritime industry, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.

· Strong ability to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders, delivering compelling sales pitches and closing deals.

· Must be comfortable with extensive travel across the region, attending client meetings, industry events, and maintaining a strong market presence.
