· Expertise with the RedHat OpenShift Container Platform/Kubernetes

· Expertise in RedHat Linux administration

· Expertise working with Docker or similar container technologies

· Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud PAAS/IAAS technologies

· Experience working with infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform

· Experience in Infrastructure provisioning, monitoring and Ops

· Support developers in Dev, Test, Staging and Production environments.

· Strong DevOps/CI/CD process architecture/engineering

· Understanding of relevant software development tools including version control, build processes, debuggers, and test frameworks

· Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in a structured management training program designed to develop skills across various departments within the organization
• Actively learn about company policies, procedures, and best practices through hands-on experience and formal training sessions
• Assist in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate operational efficiency and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with different departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and human resources, to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations
• Participate in customer service initiatives to enhance client relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Identify challenges within the organization and propose effective solutions to improve overall performance
• Work closely with senior management and mentors to gain insights and guidance on career development and organizational leadership
• Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance professional skills, including leadership, communication, and project management
• Regularly receive and provide feedback on performance, contributing to personal growth and the overall success of the management training program
