• Admitted to the Singapore Bar and of good standing.
• Ideally familiar with local regulations pertaining to the property industry, with a strong understanding of corporate governance principles and Singapore’s best practices.
• At least 7 years PQE with demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and commercial legal advisory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and collaborate with stakeholders to provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to draft legal advice and opinions clearly and concisely.
• Autonomous, able to multi-task, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
• Resourceful and adept at legal research with the ability to learn quickly.
• Resilient, adaptable, and meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
