Main responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Activation: Be the country point-of-contact responsible for managing the performance of end-to-end process for onboarding and activating new vendor partners, ensuring timely and seamless integration onto the platform
• Scalable Processes: Partner with the functional team to develop scalable onboarding strategies to accommodate varying restaurant volumes, ensuring efficiency and consistency
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and local Commercial to improve the onboarding experience and ensure vendors / restaurant partners are set up for success
• Operational Excellence: Identify operational bottlenecks, propose effective solutions, and implement best practices to drive efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance the onboarding process

By combining this detailed information with our professional consultative services, we offer valuable insights and expertise that help consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands and retailers improve their manufacturing, marketing and sales decisions. The role will be working in the commercial team.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Own the client relationship and lead the client engagement for the assigned accounts by having a strong understanding of their business priorities
• Foster relationships at all levels and functions of the client organization to identify opportunities for incremental product/solution sales
• Work with the Customer Success team to ensure client service standards are delivered

Business Development

• Provide relevant product solutions that answer client business issues/opportunities
• Develop a winning sales framework for retaining current and approaching new clients 
• Work on strategy and approach to win back lapsed clients
• Launch and introduce new services in the market to drive adoption among clients
• Build a strong pipeline through regular engagement with clients
• Build the company’s positive image through active participation in professional associations and industry conferences/seminars
• Contribute to the short-term strategies and business plans for the growth of the business unit based on the global and regional direction

Financial Management

• Achieve key financial metrics: revenue, profitability, and cash collection, as well as other related business development objectives
• Ensure proper pricing and contracts are applied according to the company's policies and guidelines
• Understand the company's financial guidelines such as forecast and pipeline management
• Use sales technology and digital tools to do work efficiently by recording prospects, forecast pipelines and converting sales
• Monitor the actual financial performance against budget/forecast and ensure the implementation of actions that will lead to the achievement of the targets
