Key Responsibilities

· Manage all accounting functions, including monthly and annual closing of balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

· Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

· Manage and prepare GST returns and liaise with IRAS for tax-related matters.

· Work with external Tax agent to review Tax Computation.

· Prepare annual budget and monitor expenditure to ensure alignment with the budget.

· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments and collections.

· Ensure timely payments are issued to vendors/suppliers.

· Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.

· Prepare necessary audit schedules for external audit and tax submission (where necessary).

· Support general administrative tasks, and other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

· Minimum a diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

· Proficient in Xero Accounting Software.

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

Preferred Skills

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate data for land reclamation projects. This role will involve working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure precise measurements, mapping, and surveying for land reclamation activities, including coastal and inland projects.

What you'll be doing

• Accountable for performing land surveys, preparation of data, collect and assess for construction works.
• Calculate survey data and setting-out survey points, coordinates and levels on site. This may include other projects.
• Carry out relevant site measurements for computation of interim and final quantities of work.
