Solutions Engineering at Wise is a post sales role, focussed on working with our integrating partners to enable them to successfully launch a product based on Wise’s products. The role is multifaceted but it has two main responsibilities — technical delivery of partners and solutioning of complex new integrations. Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on work pass applications.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and online application portals (e.g., MOM’s Work Pass System).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to be on standby during weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods or emergencies.

Requirements:

• Min Degree Holder.
• You should have more than 4 years of working experience preferably in the Automotive industry for a manufacturer/principal handling Sales Planning and performance.
• Good understanding on the full Sales Planning and Reporting process, Revenue Management, Sales Campaigns & Support Management at regional level.
