Responsibilities:

• Perform all secretarial functions and ensure that there is no delay in completion of the tasks.
• Interact and attend to internal and external customers to fix appointments, meetings and prioritize the meetings.
• Assist the Sales GM and the sales team in designing and producing quality write-ups, presentations, manuals and documents.
• Assist the Sales GM and the sales team in planning, organizing and executing activities.
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for the Sales Team and other meetings. Attend meetings to note down the proceedings of the meetings and assist with the note down of the follow-up actions and progress tracking.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Follow up and liaison with stakeholders across the globe to expedite the progress and support change management and communications

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline. Certificate / Diploma in Secretarial Practices will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in working within a regional and global multi product Sales department will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels within the organization and with external clients and vendors.
