Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Reports To: Head of Project Ops & Design
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and conceptualize interior design ideas for various hospitality projects, including hotels, serviced apartments, and communal dwellings.
- Produce detailed design presentations, mood boards, and renderings to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure alignment of design concepts with project specifications and feasibility.
- Stay updated on current trends, materials, and finishes in the design and construction industry to keep abreast of innovation and trends.
- Prepare comprehensive design specifications, including FF&E, and oversee procurement and installation processes.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate existing conditions and ensure that design concepts are executed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops to gather feedback, address concerns, and refine design concepts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with URA, BCA and other statutory requirements.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution and achieve client satisfaction.

What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in designing, drafting, materials specification and rendering, preferably in the architecture or interior design industry.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of spatial design, an eye for aesthetics, curation of materials, and efficiency in the design workflow.
