Job Scope & Responsibilities

Experience in Full Set of Accounts.

Hands-on monthly closing books of multiple entities

Hands-on monthly consolidation of group accounts

Preparation of monthly management reports

GST filing

Handling of financial-year-end audit with auditors and drafting of financial statements and its notes to accounts

Handling corporation income tax compliance matters in liaison with tax agents

Handling corporate secretarial compliance matters in liaison with external corporate secretarial professional firm

Overseeing a team of accounts/finance executives

Approval of Worker wages

Record staff claim Assist in HR function

Be able to handle accounting for more than one companies

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or Professional Qualifications (ACCA) or equivalent

With at least 7 years working experience in construction companies

Team player with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including business unit leaders, and top management

Competency in MS-Office Suite and finance accounting software

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for software and hardware installation/troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation for SSS end users.
• Coordinate with the SATS Vendor, SMITH, for any IT-related hardware or software issues.
• Interpret basic system diagrams to assist with troubleshooting and planning for network setups and equipment configurations.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical, network, and mechanical issues as needed.
• Register and update new and existing Win2K IDs for Ground-star/GOPS.
• Collaborate with the OPS Tech Team to assist with projects, tasks, and other assignments as needed.
• Offer Level 1 support for both existing and new systems, handling initial troubleshooting and resolving basic issues before escalating to the Development Team.
• Work closely with the Ops Logistics Support team to maintain records for hardware and IT systems, ensure timely renewals of maintenance contracts, and ensure vendor compliance.
• Provide hands-on technical support to resolve system malfunctions.

• Setting up cranes and operating them
• Moving material around site according to a plan or schedule
• Monitoring crane stability and load weights
• Working with a banksman to ensure site safety
• Making minor repairs to machinery
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor
• Keeping records of the materials you’ve moved
• Ensuring that travel routes are clear
• Working on-site, in noisy conditions.
• Must be trained in the following crane certification recognized by local regulatory (Crawler crane)
• Previous experience as a crawler crane operator would be preferrable.
• Ability to lift heavy loads, work in heights
• Able to interpret general lifting plan
• Able to work at heights and under outdoor conditions.
• First preference for night shift work
