Qualifications

• Advanced/Aesthetic Skin qualifications highly regarded

• Qualifications in beauty industry and/or relevant tertiary studies (nursing, working towards beauty qualifications, vocational certificates) considered.

• Relevant certifications include ITEC / CIDESCO / ITEC etc.

Experience

• Minimum 2 year medical aesthetic clinics or beauty spa industry experience

• Laser, skin, and body treatment experiences highly regarded

• Successfully achieving sales targets

• Right attitude and communication skills

Salary: $4,500 - $6,500 per month

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing large and small-scale activities alongside operational strategies.
- Implementing strategies to ensure seamless event execution.
- Preparing and setting up on-site events.
- Conducting on-site events, which may include:

• Birthday parties
• Ad hoc activities (e.g., Laser Tag, Archery Tag, Lightsabers, RC Tanks)
• Online team-building activities
• Physical team-building activities
• Company retreats

- Reporting directly to the Director.

Requirements:

- Must have a valid Driver's License for transporting materials and attending events.

Job Details:
Pay Range: $1,300 - $1,600 SGD/month

Schedule:
- 4.5-day workweek:
- Monday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Weekend availability required only if events are scheduled.

Responsibilities for the Account and Admin Executive position

• Handle the closing of accounts and prepare full sets of accounts within deadlines.

• Provides timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts, investigating variances, correcting errors where necessary, prepare Balance Sheet, income statement, GL

• Perform data entry for purchasing invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Raise payment vouchers and journal vouchers for various disbursements for approval.

• Process claims and address billing issues.

• Monitor monthly cash flows.

• Reconcile all bank accounts monthly.

• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and ensure alignment with the general ledger.

• Raise debit/credit notes for related party payments.

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST

• Assist in preparing documentation for external audits and tax consultants

• Liaise with external parties such as vendors, landlords, banks, auditors, and statutory/regulatory authorities.

• Monthly payroll and CPF submission.

• Prepare and submit of IR8A.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel. MYOB knowledge will be an advantage.

• Working with product reliability engineers to define test flows for individual products
• Provide support to operation team to ensure seamless execution for generated test flow on the tester with live product
