- Maintain accurate records of linen inventory and report any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager

- Ensure all linen and laundry areas are kept clean, tidy, and organized

- Provide assistance to other Housekeeping team members as needed

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety

Requirements:

- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 25kg)

- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic English communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holiday.

This role will be on 6 day work week, working hour is from 10am to 5pm daily.

Executive Chef MUST be able to cook and prepare Hunan Cuisine for this Hunan Restaurant.

Six and a half day work.

Must prepare to train junior Chef and pass on recipes.

Able to work on weekend.

Exprience of at least 10 years in Hunan Cuisine.
