Responsibilities:

• Carry out comprehensive analysis and design works for complex and large scale projects.
• Perform analysis and design for the project
• Supervise the drafting of drawings related to design.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.
• Assist QP/Project Lead in managing project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors, project team and design consultants.
• Work independently in analyses, design, submissions, construction support and coordination works.

Requirements:

• Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• With working experiences in Singapore on structural engineering projects.
• Minimum structural design experience 5 years.
• Well verse with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements, and Eurocode.
• Well verse in structural design software, e.g. ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, MIDAS, etc.
• Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works.
• Experience in design/project management works in BIM.
• Knowledge in temporary works, ERSS will be an advantage.
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.

Job Scope:

• Provide imaging services promptly, maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and well-being.
• Perform radiographic (X-Ray) procedures in a clinical setting, ensuring that rooms and equipment are properly maintained.
• Uphold high quality assurance standards and comply with established protocols, working on continuous system improvements.
• Follow safe work practices, with particular attention to radiation safety and infection control measures.
• Respond effectively to patient queries and concerns related to radiography.
• Ensure smooth operations within the department and supervise/mentor Healthcare Assistants as needed.
• Train and support staff on imaging procedures and best practices.
• Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as patient wait and turnaround times.
• Contribute to the assessment and acquisition of new equipment and related accessories.
• Handle administrative tasks and participate in departmental quality initiatives as directed by Management.

• Possess a valid AHPC License

Duties & Responsibilities

• Proficient understanding of Singapore Financial reporting Standards (SFRS), Singapore payroll compliance and Singapore Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) regulations
• Manage several portfolios of different complexities and from various industries
• Liaison with clients’ stakeholders, statutory service providers such as auditors, tax agents and/or other external parties on matters related to your work scope
• Ensure accuracy, due care, project management and timely delivery when providing the following services as stated in the respective Letter of Engagement with clients:

1. Setup of computerized accounting system and Chart of Accounts (“COA”);

2. Preparation of monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly management statements;

3. Liaison with auditors for the finalization of year end audited accounts,

4. Filing of GST Application;

5. Preparation & Filing of quarterly GST returns;

6. Preparation of Unaudited financial statements;

7. Preparation of financial statements in XBRL format;

Job Holder’s Specifications
