The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with QA standards, supporting internal/external audits, managing system reviews, and contributing to technical documentation within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and support work involving QA and compliance requirements, including addressing internal/external audit findings.
• Assist in writing technical reports as required.
• Review SOPs/WIs for technical accuracy and provide recommendations.
• Conduct periodic system reviews and generate compliance reports as needed.

Key Requirements:

• A degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or another Science-related discipline.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a CSV role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in compliance or validation is advantageous.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with technical report-writing experience being an added advantage.
• Demonstrated personal leadership, accountability, and organizational skills, with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst who is familiar with CSM platform or ServiceNow!

As a Digital Business Analyst, you shall be involved in a range of tasks including but not limited to the following:

• partner with the Product / Business teams to identify, analyze, and document requirements human-centric, visual methods such as process mapping and service journeys, and develop the appropriate business case respectively;
• work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria;
• evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with GovTech's technology directions (such as cloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, adoption of SG Tech Stack, etc.);
• dentify and adopt the appropriate development methodology (e.g. Agile or Waterfall) in an Outsourced, Co-Sourced or In-house development environment or a combination of such environments;
• ensure system or product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations;
• analyze impacts of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with the respective support teams to understand and address technical problems (in the Operations & Maintenance phase); and
• perform any other related tasks / duties as and when assigned to support the smooth business operations of GovTech.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing;
• participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audience and Senior Management;
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively; and

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform field audits under supervision

2. Document audit results and highlight points of attention to superiors

3. Draw up final accounts for audit purposes when necessary

4. Draft ICM or FAM for points used

Reporting Structure:

You shall report to the Director, Audit Associate Director or in their absence, the person designated by them.

Responsibilities:

• Manage in-house payroll process full cycle.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and update changes such as promotions, terminations, and tax elections.
• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
• Perform timesheet calculations and liaise with the operations on the attendance and leave matters.
• Handle tax clearance, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax filing and the submission of government paid-leave claims, NS claims, etc.
• Work closely with Finance on payroll closing, GL posting and perform payroll reconciliations.
• Attend to staff queries on payroll related matters.

• Prepare monthly manpower costing report and perform cost analysis for review.
• Submit statutory report and survey to the authorities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven payroll experience with knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., BIPO)
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in payroll processing and record-keeping.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to resolve employee queries and collaborate with HR, finance, and other teams.
• Knowledge of Singapore's labour laws, CPF, tax regulations, and payroll standards is essential.
