Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.

• Institute appropriate venture ideation, validation and development methodology within Bain
• Provide a check and balance between achieving the objectives of specific venture projects and the overall venture portfolio
• Guide and support a growing team of venture architects
• Lead the teams and the portfolio of ventures through the venture build processes, and continuously improve the quality of ventures delivered
• Demonstrable experience building own ventures/startups. Experienced both success and failure as an entrepreneur
• Significant experience working in established corporates
• Capable of combining lean startup methodology with big-picture strategic vision

Job Description

1. Expanding the network of sales agents and maintaining the connections, note that you will receive the commission fee the more you successfully expanded
2. Organising various health-themed events and hosting the clients during on-site activities;
