Responsibilities:

· Communicate daily with suppliers to expedite and improve delivery dates

· Close communication with sales and suppliers on all expediting requirements

· Ensure prompt issuance of purchase order to suppliers

· Prompt updating and to improve commitment dates from suppliers

· Monitor backlog and reflect suppliers’ information/ update into our Telnet system

· Keep track of all issues such as purchase order cancellations, rescheduling etc

· Pull-Ins / Push-Outs / Cancellations of POs to meet business requirements

· Ensure timely arrival of parts as per committed schedule from supplier

· Resolve / elevate all related problems on incoming parts, such as old date code, damage parts etc with / to Asset Manager Assistants

· To attend meetings and trainings relevant to job requirement

· Maintain files and purchase orders

Requirements:

· A minimum of a Diploma or GCE “O” Level

· Minimum 3 years’ related working experience

· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Position : Customer Service Officer or Executive

Main Responsibilities:

• Manning of hotlines & Customer Care mailbox
• Handling incoming enquiries via hotlines, email and other channels
• Account servicing for customers belonging to Residential, Small Commercial Sales & Landlord/ Tenant segments
• Act as a brand ambassador, offering electricity plans and assist customers in services required
• Understand their role in engaging with key stakeholders
• Achieve monthly performance goals
• Handle administrative tasks
• Keep up to date with market and industry trends
• Ability to identify opportunities and challenges
• Support new developments and initiatives
• Developing of customer service quality benchmark
• Answer enquiries from all mediums, including but not limited to walk-ins, phone calls, emails and social media leads

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree
• Relevant customer service in banking/finance is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with engaging new people on a daily basis.
• Experience in B2C sales and cold calling/customer relationship skills.
• Experience in MS Office, CRM and other customer service management software or solutions are a plus
