Get to Know the Role

This candidate will be responsible for performing daily QC equipment checks, machine setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance. Duties include air particle count measurements, incoming material inspections, and supporting measurement requests. Manage QC spare part inventory, prepare reports, and analyze trends. About the role

We are looking for a Singapore Strategic Partnerships Manager that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: Develop Strategic Partnerships for Sleek in Singapore that drives meaningful business impact

Outcomes: 

1. Identify and secure high-impact partnerships and develop a pipeline of potential partners in Fintech, eCommerce, and other relevant industries to drive new customer acquisition.
2. Focus on identifying and signing partnerships with organizations that align with Sleek's value proposition and have the capacity to deliver 15 new customers/month within 3 months, scaling to 60 new customers/month by 12 months.
3. Strategically manage relationships to achieve revenue growth milestones of $5k/month within 3 months, increasing to $35k/month by 12 months, while ensuring alignment with Sleek's business objectives.
4. Implement strategies to optimize partner performance, ensuring increased customer and revenue contributions over time.
5. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to design and execute solutions for partners. Support seamless implementation of partnerships, monitor performance metrics, and ensure partners are equipped to deliver on agreed goals, including incremental customer and revenue growth.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Strategic Partnerships role in a start-up or tech company in Fintech, eCommerce or EOR industry  with a proven track record of signing new partnerships and driving meaningful, incremental growth. You will be located in Singapore.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the provision and development of the job coaching programme in IES. The incumbent is expected to implement, manage and develop job coaching programme that supports the vocational training for persons with mental health conditions who are not employment ready. The incumbent will supervise the operation of the on-the-job vocational training, conduct training evaluation and recommend measures that enhance client’s employability, self-efficacy, and readiness to entre/re-enter the workforce. He is expected to work in the community setting where it involves travelling to various training sites. He is also expected to conduct himself in a professional manner in order to maintain and develop partnerships with various stakeholders in service of our clients

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Devise, plan and implement job coaching strategies that utilizes clients' strengths and capability.

2. Develop job coaching framework, processes and training curriculum to support the on-the-job vocational training programme. These include intake assessment process, evaluation toolkits, training improvement programmes, matching criteria, and transitional processes.

3. Supervise clients in vocational training, help them adjust to the training environments and equip them with skills and competencies to prepare them for competitive employment. This includes:

a) Evaluate clients’ performance at the vocational training units.

b) Provide on/off-the-job supervision and intervention through basic counseling, job coaching, and conflict resolution.

c) Conduct on-the-job skill enhancements and fine-tuning work habits to promote the clients’ competency and resilience

d) Conduct employment related training and workshops.

4. Supervise Job Coach in the provision of services to clients who are undergoing the vocational training.

5. Develop and maintain partnerships with employers and stakeholders who provide training, internship or employment opportunities for clients. This can include

a. Providing assessment and recommendations on necessary workplace and process modifications in support of clients.

b. Provide training and advisory to employers, supervisors and co-workers in building natural supports.

c. Optimize job and training placement processes with employers and partners for efficiency and effectiveness.

d. Maintain good communication and relations with various partners.

6. Timely submission of training documentation including assessment reports, evaluation report, and recommendation report. Adheres to strict internal and regulatory reporting requirements of IES (e.g. service reports, statistics, and evaluations)

7. Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitation Counselors and other professionals in IES to provide a continuum of care in IES.

8. Be involved in case discussion, case presentation and case conference.

9. Any other duties and functions assigned by the Reporting Officer

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in psychology or equivalent
• 2-3 years of job coaching experience in the social service sector is preferred.
• Job coaching in other service sector can be considered
• Experience in developing and/or maintaining partnerships with various stakeholders is a plus
• Passion to serve in the social service sector and able to work with Persons with Mental Health Conditions (PMHC).
• Good team spirit with excellent interpersonal skills.
