Position Description

The APAC Field Marketing Director will be responsible for facilitating the success of GTM for our full-suite of Ollion solutions in APAC.  Reporting to the Global Field Marketing Leader, this role drives brand awareness and equity whilst empowers our sales teams with marketing programmes and assets to enable growth in APAC.  This role is integral in enabling our topline performance and establishing greater traction of our solutions with customers and partners in APAC.  

Job Requirements

• Collaborate with market, industry and practice leaders to translate our positioning and go to market offering into a cohesive, consistent, and impactful marketing plan, across the full range of marketing and communications techniques.
• Drive pipeline generation and focused brand awareness for Ollion through appropriate marketing mix, including own VIP/CXO events and virtual events, digital ABM, industry events and speaking engagements, content, and more – with a focus on quality and depth, rather than quantity and breadth.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Marketing function across all geographies – always willing to consult and guide, as well as selectively and strategically do
• Build positive, collaborative relationships with executives, partner team, sales and other functions to enable increased growth and collaboration
• Work with in-region alliance partners on joint marketing initiatives and campaigns through MDF 
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
• Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts
• Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue
• Innovate creative, bold and differentiated ways to drive increased mind and opportunity share for Ollion within clients, prospects, partners

Price management: Help maintain price list according to product life cycle – product launch & EOL for Asia Pacific region.

Analyze & process AP Country Sales Offices (CSO) projects price discount requests Analyze margins (SPR) to help CSO win projects.

Help collate market /competition feedback & compare on product features against pricing for Asia Pacific region.

Assist sales and marketing action plan .

Support & help in regional product launch marketing events.

Supporting on regular reporting and analytical activities within supply chain functionality

• Responsible for monitoring Supply Chain operational activities, including cross-regional collaboration and support
• To identify improvement potential in the areas of demand planning and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive supply chain activities
• To facilitate in regular reporting processes within the function

Responsibilities:

• Perform site selection (if applicable), initiation, monitoring and close-out visits in accordance with contracted scope of work and good clinical practice. If applicable, Clinical Research Associates may be accountable for development of project subject recruitment plan on a per site basis. Support work with sites to adapt, drive and track subject recruitment plan in line with project needs to enhance predictability.

• Provide monitoring visits and site management for a variety of protocols, sites and therapeutic areas.

• Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites and establish regular lines of communication with sites to manage ongoing project expectations and issues. Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices related to the proper conduct of the protocol and adherence to applicable regulations. Escalate quality issues as appropriate.

• Manage the progress of assigned studies by tracking regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrollment, case report form (CRF) completion and submission, and data query generation and resolution. May support start-up phase.

• Create and maintain appropriate documentation regarding site management, monitoring visit findings and action plans by submitting regular visit reports, generating follow-up letters and other required study documentation.

• Build awareness of features and opportunities of study to site.

• Collaborate and liaise with study team members for project execution support as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent.

• Minimum of 1+ years of on-site monitoring experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and use of a laptop computer

The role

You will be responsible for supporting and/or leading our Product Development team with the development of our samples from sampling up to pre-production stages for our womenswear lines. You will play a pivotal role in all aspects of the development process from design concepts to prototypes and final product assortment, and work cross functionally with the Fashion Design, Technical, Production & Commercial teams within Love, Bonito. Main responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be split into 2 sections: 

LB Women’s Apparel

• Manage all aspects of product development and garment construction
• Arrange and run fittings with designers to ensure accurate fit and execution
• Recognising and solving tricky fit problems 
• Prepare and send Technical and Fit comments to suppliers
• Accurately measure garments to identify any fit issues 
• Execute fit comments in a timely manner to ensure fit process stays in line with production and action timelines 
• Approve samples to proceed to the production phase after a thorough evaluation of fit
• Ensure fit consistency across all designs, range, and lines 
• Effectively manage and dissect costs to hit targeted margins for the respective lines 
• Track and manage sampling timelines with respective manufacturers

• Be a part of overseas sourcing and fitting trips to factories during peak seasons

Special Projects

• Project manage multiple workflows through our Special Projects (Collaborations, special developments and technical & sizing projects)

• Ensuring that all samples arrive and are fitted according to schedule in order for Buys to be made within deadline
• Together with the Lead Product Developer, create relevant new size packs / guides for new categories

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimally a Diploma in Fashion Apparel or relevant textile/clothing experience acquired in manufacturing
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the apparel industry
• Proficient in all technical aspects of garment-making and fitting
• Excellent organisational and follow-up skills as well as the ability to work independently
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is necessary
• PLM knowledge would be a huge plus

Responsibilities

Payroll Processing & Administration

• Liaise and work closely with payroll vendor to ensure the monthly payroll computations and ad-hoc payroll computations for new joiners and terminations are accurate and in compliance with Singapore labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll data by verifying data against supporting documents.
• Liaise and manage payroll vendors in overseas offices (e.g. China) to review and process payroll for overseas employees in compliance with local tax and labour laws. Check overseas payroll reports (e.gs. Dubai and India).
• Ensure employee expense claims are accurately recorded in the payroll system for payment.
• Handle monthly statutory submissions, including CPF, government paid leave, including national service leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, childcare leave, and other relevant obligations.
• Annual income tax preparation and declarations for employees in compliance with local tax regulations. This includes foreign employees’ tax clearance.
• Provide detailed monthly payroll reports and journals to finance.
• Manage and oversee employee loan repayment, which could involve authorized deductions from employee salaries.

HRIS Support

• Assist in global HRIS implementation, aligning it with organizational needs and best practices.
