Job Requirements:

• Min 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with min 5 years in a lead move up role.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Member of an in-house AI and data science development team that works on AI (including areas in generative AI, autonomous agent, NLP, computer vision and recommender system), mathematical optimization, game theory, and experimental design.

Provide recommendations on product implementation, suitability, gap analysis, customizations and integration with other WealthSuite products.

Promoting cost and risk optimization for our clients by minimizing deviations and committing to the Target Operating Model.

The Candidate should have strong Private Wealth Management domain experience in Temenos Wealth Suite projects, specifically Triple A Plus (TAP). The candidate should have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and should possess a strong implementation background with project management experience.

The candidate should have experience in the Business domain, Temenos Products, and industry best practices based on various Temenos implementation experiences.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Recognized as a thought leader and subject matter expert on Functional domain and Temenos solutions. Works independently and in a collaborative nature.

1. Analyze client business requirements and map them to product capability.
2. Conducted workshops and demonstrated the product capabilities to meet specific project needs. Hands-on experience and ability to demonstrate TAP capability and perform POC.
3. Writing specifications (BRD’s and FSD), when needed, for local development and ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of these specifications.
4. Identify and validate any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g.: Workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.
5. Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions Prepare and perform the configuration of TEMENOS products through the definition of static and semi-static data.
6. Possess the capability to drive the solution and share the best practices with previous implementation experience.
7. Manage the communications with all stakeholders and be a single point of contact for the end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy, Expert Services, and ideally in a banking environment.
2. Should have experience in Temenos Wealth Suite projects with specialization in the Private Banking domain.
3. Show in-depth knowledge of Portfolio Management functions, Investment Advisory functions and modules like Valuations, Performance measurement/attribution, Order Management, Rebalancing, and Check Strategy
4. Should have hands-on experience in configuring TAP covering the above modules.
5. Should be well-versed in TAP Formats, screens, and scripting.
6. Should be able to understand the impact end-to-end from a WealthSuite perspective.

Mandatory Skillset:

A strategic role combining deep wealth management expertise with Temenos' portfolio management solutions (TAP) to drive client success in wealth management transformation initiatives.

This position serves as the primary subject matter expert bridging business requirements with implementation for WealthSuite products. The role demands extensive expertise in investment management, portfolio construction, risk analytics, and regulatory compliance, combined with deep knowledge of Temenos WealthSuite integrated solutions.
