We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Communication & Experience Design Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have interest for niche fragrances. As an intern, your main responsibility will be to enhance the consumer experience visually, both online and offline, by effectively communicating and showcasing our Scent Journer fragrance products. Your role will involve utilizing your content creation skills to help consumers understand our products visually, without relying solely on the sense of smell. Additionally, you will contribute to increasing the average order value through visually appealing and innovative designs.

Responsibilities:

• Visual Communication:

Develop creative and visually compelling content that effectively communicate the unique qualities and benefits of our Scent Journer fragrance products.

• Online Experience:

Collaborate with creative director to create visually engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns. Ensure the design elements align with our brand identity and enhance the consumer experience.

• Offline Experience:

Assist in the development of visually captivating packaging designs, point-of-sale materials, and other physical collaterals that effectively convey the essence of our fragrance products.

• Consumer Understanding:

Conduct research on consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor analysis to gain insights into visual communication strategies that resonate with our target audience. This include engage directly with customers to understand, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in the customer experience.

• User Experience Enhancement:

Opportunity for your input on design considerations in product development that enhance the overall consumer experience to be launch.

• Creative Problem Solving:

Develop innovative visual solutions to improve the consumer's understanding and engagement with our fragrance products, focusing on increasing the average order value. Intern will be involved in sales and pricing strategy too.

Requirement:

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with strong creative and design skills.
• Demonstrated interest in luxury fragrances and knowledge of the fragrance industry.
• Proactive with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for understanding consumer behavior and translating it into impactful visual experiences.
• Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Confidence in interacting with customers to identify the visual communication gap.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager to manage the installation and de-installation of events, exhibitions and permanent displays
• Adhere to project scheduling, including documentation, commissioning & hand-over
• Maintain quality control and liaise with sub-contractors & suppliers
• Adhere to project budget & cost control measures and handle basic cost calculation
• Understand safety, building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance
• Attend site meetings to take note of requirements
• Administer routine management reporting & updates
• Take ownership and be proactive on assigned tasks

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience with proven track records in Events and Exhibition industry
• Technical background with knowledge of structural, AV and M and E preferred
• Meticulous and good planning and co-ordination skills
• Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
• Motivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team player
• Time sensitive

• In charge of the daily work and ordering for the assigned section
• Need to get up early to prepare soup etc.
• Carry out given recipes and instructions with precision speedy.
• Ensure strict health and hygiene practices.
• Cleaning, organize and taking care of kitchen equipment as per instruction manuals.
• Monitoring food portion and waste to maintain profit margin.
• Following safety and precautions in all daily activities (carrying heavy load, sharp objects, hot objects etc.)
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Must be able to work night shift and split shift
• · Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

.Competes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.

.To meet customer shipment schedule-monitor the production status,have day-to -day production output and work-in -progress reports.

.Work closely with Procurement Team to follow-up material availability so as plan production date ,schdule and keep updating status weekly with deatail reports.

.determines project responsibilities by identifying project phasezs and elements,specifications ,and plan ,scheduling changes,and recommending actions.

.Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contracor contracts.

.Ability to handle multiple projects and provide weekly updaye status of each project .Attend regular meeting with customers and writing minutes of meeting .
