Job description:

• Manage Project governance compliance in alignment with bank internal standards.
• Prepare Memos, SOWs and other Contracts, request and follow up on PR/PO, GR creation and invoicing activities
• Responsible for Onboarding/ Off boarding and Asset Allocation trackers
• Prepare monthly resource list and Org Chart
• IS Financial Planning and Control (BAU and Projects)
• Monthly Payment Process (Invoices, Quotation, Contract Renewal)
• Accrual Exercise with IT and Finance team.
• Monthly cost recharge – Cost optimization
• IS Resource/ Headcount Management
• IS KPI/QBR (Annual Goals/Target)
• TISROC meeting minutes
• Training Awareness (twice a month)

Key Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Good and proven experience of Project support activities is essential for this role
• Have done budgeting/financial planning and Onboarding/ Offboarding
• Experience in managing the different stakeholders with diverse background
• Expert skills in Excel (including Formulas), MS Power Point

Responsibilities:

l Responsible for food preparation and cooking to standard operating procedures;

l Ensure smooth operations and allocation of duties within the kitchen;

l Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and to expected standards;

l Attend to kitchen-related duties stock- checking and inventory and ordering;

· Setting up electrical connections in R&D equipment

· Setting up of Jigs

· Labelling and Packaging of components

· Inventory storage and housekeeping

Requirements:-

· Possess engineering experience in Mechanical/Electronics, or equivalent

· At least 3 years experiences in relevant or related field

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

· Proactive with good initiatives, problem solving skill and analytical ability

· Technical knowledge and hands-on skills on monitoring,troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance and tool recovery

· Able to work under pressure

· Experienced In Assembly, Automation, Testing / Soldering / Machine Alignment (eg. Perpendicularity) preferred
