Job Description:
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and key decision-makers.
· Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and online databases to gather contact information
· Identify suitable tenders through government and private company tender portals
· Assess and quality leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company’s target market.
· Use outbound techniques like cold emails, calls, and social media outreach to engage prospects.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
· Analyze data to track trends, success rates, and areas for improvement.
· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and provide feedback on lead quality
· Support sales team efforts by transferring qualified leads promptly and effectively.
· Assist in executing lead-generation campaigns through various channels such as email, social media, and digital marketing
· Monitor campaign performance and optimize approaches for better results.
· Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, qualified, and converted.
· Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead generation strategies.
· Utilize industry knowledge to provide consultative sales guidance and build credibility with clients.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets and KPIs.
· Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
· Implement corrective actions and improvements based on performance analysis.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
· Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing (minimum 1-3 years).
· Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Familiarity with lead-generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.
· Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and analytics platforms.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
