Supervisor Responsibilities

Job Description

Working closely with project management team to initiate, implement and monitor workplans.
Assist in maintaining established BIM standards and workflow.
Prepare design and construction documentation.
Coordinate and liaise with project / construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines
Handle project coordination.
Able to use BIM software and modelling techniques including but not limited to AutoDesk Revit (Architecture/Civil & Structural/Mechanical/Electrical), & etc.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

A recognized Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Construction
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
Good knowledge of AutoCAD software, well-versed in using Autodesk Revit BIM software/tools.
Possess strong initiative, resourceful and independent
Possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes.

SUMMARY

Derivative product expertise, valuation understanding, scripting (Python/Excel), and financial engineering background.

Proven ability to gather, document, and articulate requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement.

Bridging business and tech, managing UAT, and proposing solutions within banking and market data understanding. Experience in BANKING DOMAIN IS MUST . Good Chinese language skills required

Requirements

• Experience of derivative product characteristic, including structure of products, valuation/pricing information associate with the products

• Knowledge with vanilla product and derivatives and understand the general market practice

• Understand the basic concept of valuation/pricing approach of vanilla and derivatives

• Knowledge in market data

• Experience with scripting language, i.e. Python or Excel Macro

• Master in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance or CFA .

Responsibilities

• Principle duties are collecting functional requirements from stakeholders, and able to document and explain the requirements to development and QA team

• Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders such as Front Office, Middle Office, Finance users to elicit and validate business requirements.
