Operational support and efficiency

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime
• Resolve equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Always aim to maximize uptime of equipment to sustain equipment performance

• Establish and implement all equipment specification, troubleshooting procedures, maintenance procedures, safety related documents and ensure compliance with corporate requirements and procedures
• Documentation of Corrective Action and Best-Known Methods for equipment to allow more efficient troubleshooting
• Lead and work with the supplier and cross function groups on new tool start up with necessary documentation, gantt chart, site preparation, facilities preparation, acceptance preparation, automation preparation and production readiness .

Cost efficiency

• Work with equipment vendors and spare parts suppliers to improve and develop new methods to achieve improvement in maintaining the tools
• Expected to involve actively in yield improvement, cost reduction, 2nd source suppliers and parts sourcing/testing, optimisation of new machine qualification release plan and cycle time reduction projects

Equipment improvement

• Participate in global key equipment exchange to improve and align strategy and plans
• UPkeep, monitor and control equipment performance indices (MTBF, MTTR, UPtime% , Errors Pareto list, WSPC and etc)
• Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and resources and constantly review methods of OEE management to reduce tool downtime and increase equipment throughput
• Develop and implement improvement/safety program of preventive maintenance task of machines
• Lead Technicians to participate in continuous improvement projects

Training and development

• Train/mentor Technicians and Engineers through OJT and continually upgrade their technical skills to cope with technological changes

Quality

• Participate in QIT programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of maintenance
• Analyze trend, propose areas of quality improvement; Coordinate evaluation and implementation with relevant parties
• Lead or participate in quality related exchange to enhance improvement and preventions

Safety

• Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices in the Fab
• Work with HSE team to establish ,maintain tool and chemical safety related documents

Requirements

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead our development team and oversee the successful delivery of technology projects. This role involves providing technical leadership, ensuring high-quality development standards, and driving alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Job Description:

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing development team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Technical Strategy & Architecture: Define and implement the technical vision and strategy for projects, making key decisions around system architecture and technology stacks.
• Development Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for coding, software quality, testing, and development methodologies to ensure high standards across the team.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to understand and define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• Resource & Risk Management: Oversee resource allocation, identify potential risks, and implement strategies for risk mitigation, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and project integration.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including HTML, CSS, .NET, JavaScript, Python, and others.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, database management, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices to ensure efficient and scalable development workflows.
• Proven ability to lead and manage development teams, with strong experience in project management, resource allocation, and team development.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges and collaborate across teams.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions.
• Minimum of 8 years of development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, driving technical initiatives and team performance.

Responsibilities:

- Loading, transporting and delivering stocks to islandwide outlets

- Assisting with loading and unloading stocks from vehicle

- Support the execution of company errands requirements

- Assist warehouse department on packing duties when available

- To report immediately to immediate superior

- To upkeep cleanliness and maintenance of vehicle

- Any adhoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

- 6 days work week

- A valid class 3 driving license

- Physical work required

- Familiar with Singapore roads

- Able to work independently

- Strong interpersonal and problem-salving abilities

- Able to work cohesively as part of a team

Experience with big data tools: Python, spark, scala, hadoop, etc

Experience in Migrating SAS code and strong sql queries.

Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.

Experience with stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark- Streaming, etc Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala,etc

Experience on Cloudera/ Data bricks/ Snowflakes platforms will be added advantage

Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.

Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets.

Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.

Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.

A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.

Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores.

Willingness to provide L2/L3 application support.

Willingness to support on production issues on a 24/7 rotational basis.

Willingness to support weekend and public holidays.

• Preparation of budgets
• Preparation of cash flow forecast
• Filing of variations/ monitoring of project variations
• Valuing completed works, filing of progress claims and all other necessary contract documents administration works
• Prepare interim valuation and certificate of sub-contarctors claims according to work completed and evaluate variation claims
• Monitoring of procurement process
• Attendance of site/technical meetings
• Source, negotiate preparation of awarding letters/agreements/ purchase order to sub-contractors/ vendors
• EOT claims preparation
• Evaluation of price comparison summary
• To work closely with the Project Team providing cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during pre-construction, construction and post construction stage.
• Quantity take off, cost estimation, preparation of tender submission with specific deadline
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience. Preferably in public (HDB), private residential and mixed development projects.
• Working experiences with Main Contractor would be an advantage.
• Strong technical background with sound knowledge of pre and post-contract dutie

Job Description:

• Corporate with the constrcution manager to connect with various government acceptance departments.
• Corporate with the constrcution manager to supervise and manage the site to meet the various goals of the project.
• Corporate closely with subcontractors to monitor the progress of small towns and coordinate the work resources required by subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Corporate with goverment personnel to conduct on-site inspections.
• Participate in weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to discuss work progress and corperate in preparing monthly meeting progress reports.
• Establish good relationships with all relevant parties.
• Corporate to ensure site safety and comply with the requirements of the authorities.
• Corporate to organize relevant physical and electronic documents on site engineer, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree or above preferably from a recognized University accredited with PEB, Singapore
• Experience with public residential projects would be advantages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Projects, AutoCAD
• Ability to keep a positive attitube in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support and Install computer hardware, software and networks to new or exit staff

· Maintain and update IT inventory

· Monitor daily backup

· Troubleshoot on IT system, hardware and office equipment

· Knowledge of online system (HR System – Infotech / Microsoft / Autocad) is an advantage.

· Assist and renew of licensing (AutoCAD)

· Setting up Printer software

· Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Local Diploma or equivalent in IT
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
