Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fab Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our manufacturing processes. This position involves process qualification, conformance, process change management, new process development, and wafer-level reliability testing to enhance our production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Qualification: Conduct thorough evaluations and validations of manufacturing processes to ensure they meet reliability standards and specifications.
• Conformance: Monitor and analyze process performance to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability metrics.
• Process Change Management: Lead and manage process changes, ensuring that all modifications are documented, validated, and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
• New Process Development: Collaborate with development teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes.
• Wafer-Level Reliability Testing: Design and execute wafer-level reliability tests to assess the performance and durability of semiconductor devices under various conditions.
• Data Analysis: Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to analyze process data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  Experience: Previous experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment or related field is preferred.

• Supports Group Finance Accounting & Control-Transformation Team, working closely with multiple Business Units, and Store Support Center stakeholders across the Group, any upstream and downstream business processes related to Finance function activities to:

- Develop group processes, standard operating procedures, and solutions

- Ensure that approved business requirements are properly executed

- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are properly documented and maintained

• Identify process improvement and potential cost savings where applicable

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct lessons (Face-to-Face and Online) and carry out all relevant responsibilities related to the teaching role for part-time and/or full-time courses;

• Supervise and develop student capabilities in project work (including e-learning and self-directed learning);

PREREQUISITES

• Relevant qualifications in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related studies

1. Experience with the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, Dart, Flutter, SQL, HTML, CSS;
2. Familiar with any of the following: Mobile/Web Application Development, Full-Stack, Cloud Computing;
3. Proficient in using Linux in the areas of user, system, and network administration, package setup, resolving package dependencies, etc.
4. Passionate in technology and endeavour to learn new technical domains in artificial intelligence and cloud technologies;

The Role

The Product Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans for the assigned categories to achieve the company’s financial goals and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction, and productivity performance measures for the company.

• Achieve category sales, profit, income goals and objectives by developing and implementing business plans for the assigned categories
• Develop, implement, and manage an optimum product mix that focuses on customers’ needs
• Develop and implement promotional trade plans that bring excitement and incremental sales and profitability to the stores
• Maintain strong supplier partner relationships in the pursuit of the growth of business
• Manage sourcing of the right products internationally, which fits the demands of local customers
• Perform periodic range reviews to maximize the sales and profitability performance
• Develop and implement a competitive pricing strategy that delivers value to our customers
• Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships to maximize income/terms/discounts to improve sales and profitability of the category
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including but not limited to the product inventory management process

About You
