Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including basic pay, allowance, overtime and deductions for employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance with all statutory requirements such as CPF, income tax, and other relevant payroll-related obligations.
• Manage employee benefits programs, and enrollment processes to ensure optimal offerings and effective communication, such as insurance, contract, incentive bonus.
• Manage work attendance system and application of Governmental related claims.
• Prepare payroll and work attendance related report.
• Collaborate with Finance to budget for compensation and benefits expenses.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll-related laws, regulations, and practices.
• Other ad hoc tasks.

Required skills / abilities:

• Strong working knowledge of payroll processing and administration.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in payroll processing and record-keeping.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore's labour laws, CPF, tax regulations, and payroll standards is essential.
• Strong communication skills to resolve employee queries and collaborate with HR, finance, and other teams.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Independent team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge in Financial Accounting an added advantage.
• SAP experience preferred.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in payroll or accounting.
• Working knowledge of payroll operations and basic accounting principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support and guidelines as required.
• Conducts timely market reviews and request for price proposal (RFQ) in accordance with internal purchasing rules and guidelines.
• Negotiates quantities, prices, delivery schedule, terms and conditions of delivery and payment/contractual terms.
• Ensure timely PO execution to meet production needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Position Summary

Member of Technical Staff, QA (Process Quality Control) is responsible to develop & deploy inspection procedures to ensure conformance of material to be released. Candidates with experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan & coordinate incoming/outgoing process and procedure.
• Ensure conformance according to ISO / IATF standards.
• Establish, implement & maintain processes & tools for inspection.
• Manage inspectors for execution of daily operational inspection aligned to Production Plan.
• Setup reporting procedure & ensure systematic recording of quality issues and defects.
• Work with relevant departments to uphold product quality, manage costs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct analysis of quality data to identify potential systemic issues & initiate improvements.
• Core member in new product / process introduction to ensure safe launch.
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconduction production & inspection processes.
• Well-versed with inspection plans, interpret drawings & deployment of analysis tools such as OGP (optical gaging) and even design customized jigs to aid inspection process.
• Working knowledge of MSA, GR&R, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC & 8D, JMP or Minitab, SAP, Tableau.
• Possesses the analytical ability to structure processes and procedures, identify trends and patterns, as well as resourcefulness to propose solutions.
• Demonstrate commitment to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ESD measures to investigate how to design ESD and latch-up solutions that minimize discharge (ESD) or latch-up (LUP) events.
• Assess the ESD properties of each type of ESD, from production line measurements to develop semiconductor product protection from ESD and or LUP events.
• Supervise and arrange ESD review process.
• Manage and coordinate ESD and latch-up tests and perform root cause ESD and LUP analysis and develop minimum ESD requirements.
• Continually improve product reliability by introducing ESD solutions.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in ESD in accordance with iNARTE administrative rules and guidelines.
• Hands-on experience in ESD characterization analysis.
• Familiar with ESD analysis tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills ESD/LUP technical leadership working with teams in Design, Product Engineering, R&D characterization, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Strong data analysis skills.
