We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As an Admin Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our internal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the teams, including preparing and editing documents, and reports
• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
• Coordinate with internal teams in handling sensitive documents such as billings, personal documents, and records
• Filing of documents, both physical and digital
• Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum O-Level qualifications or equivalent
• ITE students are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Nice to Have:
• Experience in an administrative role (not necessary, but an advantage)
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Words)
6 Months Contract for Service:
This position is offered as a contract for service, and the individual selected for this role will be engaged as an independent contractor. The contractor will not be considered an employee of the company, and no employer-employee relationship will exist. As such, the contractor will be responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and any other obligations arising from the provision of services. This contract is for a specific period, and all terms of engagement will be outlined in a separate contract agreement.
