Responsibilities

1. Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling
2. Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand
3. Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
4. Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
5. Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality

Qualifications

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or science
2. Able to think critically with strong analytical skills
3. Possess good communication skills and time management skills
4. Prior leadership or competition experience in school activities will be an advantage

Duties and responsibilities included:

1. Perform month-end closing and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
2. Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and reconcile general ledger.
3. Prepare weekly cash flow forecast.
4. Liaise with external auditors on annual audit including year IFRS reporting package.
5. Liaise with tax agent on yearly tax submission and draft tax computation.
6. Preparation of GST return
7. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
8. Preparation budget and forecast.
9. Assist Finance Manager to collaborate with the rest of the finance team to ensure that the company’s accounting records are in good order.
10. Handle accounts receivable to ensure timely billings and collection from customers.
11. Assist Assistant Accountant / Finance Manager in other ad-hoc reports.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure bulk materials availability for all manufacturing lines starts
• Ensure on time starts and liaison with interfaces on operational updates in order to ensure right wafer cycle time and delivery to customers

Weekly Operational Planning

• Participate in weekly operational planning alignment meeting between sites and plan changes in case of deviation
• Response and react to the change to ensure manufacturing lines are on the right track
• Planning for ad hoc material start request from respective stakeholders with adherence to the weekly operational plan

Scope of work

• Execute scope of work between Planning and Logistics
• Participate in planning of materials to Site

Educational Qualifications:
