The Treasury Head is primarily responsible for the overall targets of the Singapore Treasury Group. Also resposible as Securities and FX Trader in managing the Branch’s foreign currency denominated securities portfolio and the achievement of desired goals in portfolio mix quality, yield and profitability. He/She is also responsible for taking and managing proprietary positions in the foreign exchange market and is also responsible as Liquidity Trader for the reconciliation and management of the branch’s foreign currency-denominated nostro accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Securities and FX Portfolio and Liquidity Management.
2. Takes position in foreign currency-denominated sovereign/corporate securities to maximize the returns of the portfolio based on the house view.
3. Analyzes market conditions using the fundamental and technical indicators and provide analysis/update to management, clients and concerned units.
4. Ensures timely and accurate capture of all done transactions in the applicable trading platform.
5. Monitors the balances of the nostro accounts and ensures that minimum required balances are maintained on a daily basis.
6. Executes interbank lending/borrowing and/or foreign exchange swaps.
7. Must be able to operate within agreed parameters set in Assets and Liabilities Committee (ALCO) policies and guidelines to maintain the statutory, operational and stress liquidity targets and ratios at all times.
8. Must have excellent knowledge of treasury products, treasury systems and procedures, strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and business development skills, and understand the investment needs of the Singapore and Philippine market.
9. Attends to administrative-related matters such as preparation of various reportorial requirements both regulatory and for treasury meetings.

JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking a talented and driven UX Designer to join our Corporate Banking Customer Experience (CX) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate banking, particularly around Cash and Trade products, or experience working on client-facing projects within financial institutions or fintechs. Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design is essential, as well as a strong grasp of design systems and design system governance. RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy

• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of our platform product suite and business priorities
• Go deep in researching and understanding our Cash and Trade products and users in close collaboration with our client research and insights team
• Produce high-quality UX based on client research and user testing data
• Create high fidelity prototypes using UI components from our component library
• Present these prototypes to senior leaders and be able to communicate clearly about the process and reasoning that went into the design
• Pro-actively engage stakeholders and collaboration partners to understand the products and business context, and to help them get onboard with your design solution proposals
• Pro-actively engage our team and our stakeholders to stay on top of your work and keep your momentum going

Business

• Our team services the entire Corporate and Institutional Banking domain. This includes corporate banking and trading platforms, API developer platforms, and internal employee productivity tools and services. Your focus will be on Cash and Trade products on our corporate banking platform.

• You need to be familiar with the concepts of design language systems, component libraries, UX and UI best practices, and CX fundamentals. You must be able to structure your time and be capable of taking the initiative. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong sense of empathy for our audience who utilize our products to drive their businesses. Our Ideal Candidate

• Experience driving projects from initiation to delivery, defining the business value gained with the program and utilising this with stakeholders for buy-in.
• 5+ years of experience in producing UX and UI design, including interactive prototypes using Figma
• Experience working at financial institutions, including fintechs, would be desirable
• Education equivalent to a BS in library/information science, human/computer interaction, web development, computer science, graphic arts/digital design, psychology, business, or other equivalent discipline.
• You have an understanding of human centred design methodologies and usability testing
• Working knowledge of enterprise project methodology, and capable of working with IT to manage business and technical requirements for documentation
• You also understand global diversity and the ability to advise on solutions that suit all.
• You have the ability and desire to keep challenging yourself and others with entrepreneurial attitude and passion for observing human behaviour, identifying team biases and surfacing these with grit.
