Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing the sales and marketing of Superabsorbent Polymers to Japanese multinational accounts in South and Southeast Asia.
• Work with other sale colleagues to develop sales and business plans, manage product inventory level and execute these plans to meet the Company's objectives.
• Co-ordinate with Logistic and Shipping Department to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Prepare monthly Sales report to management.
• Setup and implement customer relationship program to attend to customers' requests, feedback or complaints and manage expectations.
• Collect and analyse and end customers' production and product plans to facilitate development of Group mid-term business plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder in relevant fields such as marketing and chemicals with 5-8 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing of B2B businesses, chemical products, import or export business.

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
