Job Description

• As the deputy of Investment Management GM in APAC region, review the strategy and profitability of investment projects being studied by APAC HQ and Business Division, and improve the quality of the projects, thereby contributing to the sound expansion of investment projects in APAC region.

The Worship Ministry Training (WMTC) Coordinator plays a crucial and signicant role in the Worship Ministry Team and is responsible for the training and development of existing and new musicians for Redemption Hill Church (RHC) worship ministry. Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

- You will first learn to prepare full set of accounts including variance analysis and cashflow for month end and year end closing.

Position Overview:

As a Executive Supervisor Housekeeper you will be responsible for daily cleaning and overseeing the cleanliness of guest rooms assigned to you in accordance with our guidelines and SOPs. You will report directly to the Room and Building Operations Manager. Apart from cleaning, you will also perform audits of vacant rooms and buildings under management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and Stocktake

- Perform room cleaning and inspections as assigned.

- Maintain cleanliness according to Heritage Collection’s in-house standards.

- Promptly report any instances of lost or damaged linen, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or maintenance issues

- Assist with urgent guest requests regarding room maintenance during the night shift.

- Conduct linen inventory count

- Sort, tally, and record the quantity of clean and dirty linen

- Inspect laundry returned by our laundry vendor to confirm their cleanliness and usability condition.

- Fulfill any additional tasks as delegated.

2. Inspection and Maintenance:

- Conduct routine inspections of vacant guest rooms, public spaces, and other facilities to assess cleanliness, maintenance requirements, and adherence to brand standards.

- Identify and document any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures, faulty equipment, or areas needing repairs.

- Prioritize and coordinate maintenance tasks with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.

3. Ad Hoc Duties:

- Follow strict SOPs to assist guests who may did not bring their keycards or retrieve their mobile key

- Respond to emergency situations (for example false alarm fire alarms) following established procedures and protocols.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicate pertinent information to the day shift team for a smooth transition of operations.

- Collaborate with the day shift housekeeping department to manage room inventory, ensuring accurate status and availability.

5. Physical fitness

- You are required to move between buildings at night to perform your tasks and attend to guests requests. You must be fit and like being on the go.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field

- Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or night duty role is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.

Job Mandate

The IT Support Associate is primarily responsible for managing hardware and first line technical support for Singapore Branch. He/She assists the IT Support Officer to formulate the Business Recovery Plan and ensuring that activities of the branch support business priorities.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

a) Acts as the primary first line technical support for Singapore Office to coordinate with HO-IT to resolve users’ problems and to provide efficient service delivery, maintains harmonious working relationship with other units as well as with external entities regarding any matter affecting the operations of the branch.

b) Provides basic preventive and corrective technical support to the branch and assists HO-ITG in the resolution of infrastructure and applications concerns affecting the Singapore Office.

b) Ensures compliance with bank and regulatory policies, procedures, and requirements.

c) Ensures compliance to the requirements related to systems security and physical security.

d) Ensures that Technology Policies and Procedures Circulars (TPPC) and desk manuals are in place.

e) Ensures proper maintenance and control of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) site.

f) Ensures audit exceptions are corrected and acted upon and that action plans arising from audit findings are met.

3. Administrative

a) Ensures annual asset records checking and updating are performed and maintains inventory list of software and hardware, backup tapes, licenses and manuals.

b) Views, reads, replies regularly to e-mail messages to ensure that all instructions, advice, problems are properly handled,

acted upon and archives email messages accordingly to ensure new messages will be received.

c) Gives recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
