Project & Responsibilities:
1. Project support in the planning of Women’s Run 2025 and related fringe events to increase opportunities for brand exposure and engagement to inculcate brand affinity and elevate brand awareness
- Manage procurement/RFP processes for the appointment of vendors (Event Organiser and social media Agency)
- Manage internal processes and get clearance for legal, risk management, IT security,
- data protection requirements for vendor management in a timely manner.
- Project manage, provide marketing and operational support to ensure timely launch of race in May 2025, which will include set-up of registration portal, penetration tests, UAT.
- Plan and execute tactical content to drive race registrations based on target audiences.
- Provide support for marketing activation strategy to drive brand’s visibility and engagement through paid, earned and/or owned channels such as EDM, social media and website, physical events, etc.
2. Develop content and project manage all communication activities, including updating of the webpages, social media including Facebook and Instagram to ensure timely delivery and scheduled posts on a ‘always-on’ basis
- Work closely with appointed agencies to develop and manage social media content calendar to encourage interactivity between the brand(s) and fans, maximising brand affinity, optimizing all paid media efforts.
- Ensure content on website is kept current with accurate information that effectively communicates the initiatives, in a timely and relevant manner.
- Prompt management of social media contests and prize disbursements
- Timely delivery of KOL campaign assets, where applicable
- Ensure community management of social media platforms is prompt with clear responses that encompass the brand’s tone of voice
- Timely submissions of all paid media assets for brand health tracking (BHT) and assess results for learnings and implications
- Timely reporting of social media paid media performance and to optimise content effectively during campaign period.
3. Support and assist on suite activation of large-scale concerts and events at the Singapore National Stadium by working closely with various stakeholders and Sports Hub to maximise the return on investment (ROI) of sponsored events, review hospitality credits and reports and manage brand assets refresh at Sports Hub where applicable.
4. Support and manage sponsorship projects such as OCBC Cycle to ensure that sponsorship entitlements are well utilized to enjoy optimal ROI.
5. Support various brand-related projects, including events, partnerships and other marketing initiatives.
