Job Responsibility:

1. Processing Incoming Goods:

• Receive and process incoming goods, including stock and raw materials.
  Unload and unpack items from delivery trucks or transport vehicles.
  Scan, sort, and organize goods based on weight, size, type, and other characteristics.
  Label items with relevant information and place them in the appropriate storage section.
  

2. Inspecting and Verifying Items:

• Inspect goods for defects, damage, or missing parts.
  Verify that items meet required specifications and standards.
  Ensure accuracy in inventory records.
  

3. Handling Outgoing Shipments:

• Prepare orders for shipment.
  Pack items securely for delivery.
  Coordinate with shipping carriers and ensure timely dispatch.
  

4. Maintaining Inventory Records:

• Update inventory databases or systems.
  Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
  Assist in regular stocktaking and cycle counting.
  

5. Assisting with Equipment and Machinery:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other handling equipment (if certified).
  Safely handle machinery and follow safety protocols.
  

6. Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety:

• Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
  Adhere to safety guidelines and report any hazards.
  

7. Collaborating with Team Members:

• Any assigned ad hoc task & work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and managers.

About Video Creation Team:

Our team's mission is to empower TikTok users to turn creativity into reality via videos. We build the core video creation product to support tens of millions of TikTok creators every day. All the viral props and effects you find on TikTok are developed by us, via close collaboration with TikTok AR effects and multimedia teams. Our goal is to build the world's best video creation software. On this team, you will be working with our XFN partners to define a world-class video creation experience, designing the architecture of TikTok video creation tools and pipelines, and shipping cutting-edge features to take TikTok to the next level.

1. Investigate and build cutting edge AI features for TikTok's camera effect platform

2. Build SDK that houses AI technologies and high-performance graphics rendering engine

3. Design and implement software architecture and frameworks for camera and effect processing pipelines

4. Profile and optimize real-time systems to achieve the best performance possible

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Extensive AI/CG/ML/AR domain knowledge and development experience

- Expertise in C/C++

- Expertise with graphics rendering APIs and game engine architecture

- Strong understanding of programming paradigms and design patterns

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science

- Excellent spoken and written communication

Responsibilities:

• Chauffeur members of the company
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the vehicle
• Arrange for regular servicing and repair of the vehicles when necessary
• Attend to guest pick-up and/or other needs as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience as company driver or personal chauffeur
• Warm personality and is not particular about servicing different passengers
• Well-kept and preferably not a smoker
• Safe driving track record for the past 5 years
• Open to work overtime & driving overseas (eg. Malaysia)

• SAP Posting and bank clearing
• LC Documentations
• uploading of bank statements
• Reporting on month-end FX positions and month-end bank account reconciliation
• Input of daily loan transactions in SAP and prepare interest settlement workflow
• Maintain stable daily operation and supporting other units/ affiliates
• Other finance related administrative work

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in finance related field
• Knowledge in SAP is a plus
• Experience within Treasury functions and good understanding of cash management
