Working hours: 08.00am – 5.30pm or 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities
· Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platforms (voice and/or non-voice) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
· Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment, etc)
· Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
· At least 2 years of experience in contact centre handling voice and/or non-voice channels
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
