As part of our growing team, we are seeking an Investment cum Operations Analyst to support our investment and operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, independent thinking, attention to detail and the ability to generate actionable insights that support investment & operational decisions. This role will give a broad-based exposure to the candidate regarding Family Offices. We value integrity, collaboration, and long-term commitment to both our clients and our team.

Experience: 0-4 years (Preferred Experience in Equity Research & Analysis)
Education: Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Finance / Economics/ Business / Accounting. Any level of CFA qualification will be an added advantage.
Designation: Investment & Operations Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive fundamental analysis of equities and other investment securities.
· Evaluate financial statements, market trends, economic indicators, and other data using publicly available sources and financial databases to formulate investment recommendations across various asset classes.
· Develop or assist in developing financial models to evaluate company performance and valuation metrics for equity investments.
· Produce timely and insightful investment reports, presentations, and briefs for investment team and clients.
· Collaborate closely with the investment team to support investment strategies and portfolio management decisions.
· Client On-Boarding: Ensure the client’s risk profile and investment policy statements are well documented.
· Interact with private banks or brokers for investment order placement and execution.
· Liaise with custodians, fund administrators and other service providers for portfolio reconciliation.
· Monitor the cash positions and reconcile the trades with internal records.
· Staying abreast of regulatory and legislative changes and industry developments relevant to family office businesses.
· Ensure data, records and document retention and safeguarding. Support for any concierge function for the Principal / Family Office.
Other Requisites
· Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
· Proficiency in financial databases such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv and FactSet.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
· Intermediate/ Advanced user of MS Office Suite.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
· Flexibility and adaptability to support organizational growth and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
· Open to work on ad-hoc tasks as per organization’s requirements.
· Client Advisor Competency Standards - Assessments I & II (or must be obtained within 90 days of the start date)
