ICAP

ICAP, part of TP ICAP group, provides a wide variety of execution and information services to wholesale market participants.

We offer broking services covering a wide range of asset classes, including Commodities, Credit, Equities, FX, Money Market Funds and Rates.

For each asset class, ICAP offers e-trading capability, giving clients the option to enter prices and execute trades directly via one of our hybrid electronic trading systems, or to engage with brokers who can identify and negotiate trades

Role Overview

This is an entry level role and will provide the successful application with on-the-job training and vast exposure to the fast-paced financial markets. We are ideally looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual that can work autonomously and collaboratively in a small team and can think on their feet. Role Responsibilities:

•Promote TP ICAP Group.

•Provide complete support to the brokers for the smooth running of the desk.

•Ensure timely input of trades into trading systems.

•Resolve any trade queries received internally and externally, and ensure any trade discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.

•Identify trade opportunities and calculate strategies.

•Keep trade records up to date.

•Update real-time manual / electronic whiteboards with market data.

•Provide input on various projects for brokers and traders.

•Provide trade details to brokers and traders on a daily basis.

•Give live quotes to traders through the messaging systems.

•Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments.

•Understand the underlying products being traded and keep up to date with knowledge of new products/procedures.

•Liaise with clients, (via telephone, messaging and face to face) to understand the business objectives of your clients as to provide a reliable and efficient broking service.

•Provide cover to clients, when team members are unavailable.

Responsibilities:

• Support Manager/Assistant Manager in the Sales Profits Section.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of fees and charges.
• Perform monthly rental reconciliations.
• Generate monthly utility reports.
• Verify utility consumption data before billing runs.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.
• Conduct month-end closing activities, including preparation of relevant journals.
• Ensure revenue recognition aligns with FRS and company policies.
• Liaise with external customers and internal staff on operational matters.

Requirements:
