Based in Singapore, we are on the lookout for a Travel Partner Operation Lead who can drive growth and lead our travel industry partnerships. TikTok's local services partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the platform's service offerings to users and merchants. As the Travel Solutions Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading your team, working with top travel services partners to further enhance TikTok's service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Industry Managers focused on the travel sector, driving business growth and service excellence.
- Act as a strategic leader, developing and implementing initiatives that elevate TikTok's travel partnership offerings.
- Work cross-functionally with various verticals and teams to drive revenue, increase collaboration, and deepen partnerships.
- Drive product and partner adoption, providing ongoing education about new and existing TikTok products, particularly those that leverage advanced technology.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to enhance market activities and communication strategies.
- Represent TikTok in high-level meetings with travel industry leaders and key stakeholders, demonstrating the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced in client-facing roles, with a focus on team leadership and partner management in the travel or technology industry.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, both within the organization and with external travel industry partners.
- Strong track record of successfully presenting to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead significant projects and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in negotiation and strong analytical skills.

- Strong product acumen with the ability to influence and contribute to product strategy.
