We are looking for an exceptional Business Intelligence Analyst who can apply in-depth knowledge of the business, its data landscape, and the lineage of those data to proactively identify opportunities to explore and address business questions across multiple areas.

Responsibilities
1. Power BI Development & Administration:
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets based on business requirements.
- Manage Power BI workspace and app configurations, ensuring best practices for governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI datasets, reports, and services.
2. Data Modeling & Analytics:
- Build complex data models in Power BI, ensuring accurate and efficient data relationships and calculations.
- Develop and optimize DAX queries to meet analytical and reporting needs. Conduct in-depth data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable recommendations.
3. Integration with Microsoft Ecosystem:
- Integrate Power BI with other Microsoft platforms such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and Teams to create seamless solutions.
- Collaborate with Power Apps and Automate developers to deliver integrated solutions that enhance team productivity and streamline workflows.
4. Support and Collaboration:
- Support day-to-day operations with ad-hoc analysis to address immediate business needs and challenges.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users for effective Power BI usage.
5. Governance & Best Practices:
- Establish and enforce standards for Power BI governance, including dataset versioning, security, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI and Power Platform features, sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
1. Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Power BI development and administration.
- Strong track record of delivering advanced dashboards and data visualization solutions.
2. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI (desktop, service, and administration).
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and M scripting.
- Solid understanding of SQL and data integration from diverse sources.
3. Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Experience solving business problems and using mathematical techniques using available data.
4. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Dataverse, and other Microsoft Power Platform products (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Microsoft Certifications PL-300, DP-600, PL-100.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
