What the day will look like
Singapore Local Learning and CPD Administration (75%)
- Manage SG local learning mailbox and address queries
- Administer SG Sponsorship Policies (Actuarial and non-Actuarial), External Training Policy and Professional Development Policy by processing contractual letters, verifying all claims on Workday and Unit 4 platforms, and verify bond periods for leavers
- Manage Singapore Continuous Professional Development (CPD) process by
- Collaborating closely with SG Compliance team
- Maintaining learning records for all regulated colleagues including verifying all supporting documentations to be audit-ready
- Maintaining CPD sharepoint site
- Coordinating with appointed CPD vendor to provide an e-learning platform for 6 Core Hours on Ethics, Rules and Regulations Ethics
- Manage renewal of CPD vendor on an annual basis
Global and Regional Learning Programs (25%)
- Deployment of learning programs (virtual/in-person/hybrid sessions):
- Program planning/event management: This includes course setup, securing venues, tracking program costs, securing facilitators, and deploying learning feedback surveys.
- Live deployment: This involves the live deployment of virtual/hybrid sessions on Microsoft Teams or in-person training sessions.
- Maintaining Workday LMS: This includes course setup, attendance reconciliation, and reporting.
- Updating regional delivery calendar: Track enrollment and proactively provide program status updates to help flag potential issues and drive participation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships: Work with the learning curriculum team, facilitators, and leaders to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs and initiatives.
- Active involvement in continuous deployment process improvement: Participate in continuous improvement processes within the team.
- Support other Learning Deployment Team members across APAC: Share knowledge and provide training when required.
- Ad-hoc project work: Support the implementation of the Learning & Development strategy through various ad-hoc projects.

This role supports the delivery of the Singapore local regulatory (CPD) process and by deploying engaging and high-quality strategic learning programs across the APAC region. These programs develop colleagues to bring the best of Aon to clients, support colleague career progression and drive sustainable growth for the firm.
The role reporting into the APAC Learning Delivery Lead and offers the opportunity to network across the broader L&D and Talent Development team, gain insights into various aspects of learning and understand local regulatory requirements, program management, and event coordination.

- Organizational skills, including strong planning and project management skills with the ability to be flexible and proactive, manage multiple projects, and deliver initiatives within a short timescale with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to navigate through what may at times be an ambiguous environment.
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently and with limited direction.
- Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Can manipulate large amounts of data, formulate data into easy-to-read formats and be comfortable telling a story and provide insights with that data.
- Desire to learn and display Aon’s values including acting with integrity and displaying a client, colleague, and community commitment.
