Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the growth of review creators (e.g. Food, Travel), through various growth strategies to attract new creators and improve their motivation for writing reviews, able to independently complete short-term and long-term strategies aimed at user acquisition.
2. Responsible for improving the quality and quantity of reviews, including but not limited to the construction of material and spiritual incentive systems for creators and various activities.
3. Responsible for ensuring the healthy operation of the review ecosystem, output high-quality review standards and promoting the construction of models and their application in various scenarios, and collaborate with GNE to improve the user experience of reviewing and writing by optimizing the identification and disposal strategies for negative reviews.
4. Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation and communication, and work with the product manages to drive key process improvements, ensure project progress, and achieve expected results.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of operation work experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills and strong empathy, master the operation methodology of creators.
- Good at observation and summary, sensitive to data, good at discovering and mining the value of data.
- Strict logical thinking ability, excellent communication skills, focus on process and results.
- Excellent target separation and a certain ability to withstand pressure, can maintain efficient execution and work rhythm.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experiences in local services industry.
- A track record of leading successful projects and teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Able to work in both Chinese and English.
