The Role

We are looking for an SAP Tech Solution Architect on a 12-month contract basis to start with. This is extendable contract role based on the individual's performance.

About the role:

As a SAP Tech Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions that align with both business and technical requirements. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams, this role ensures the alignment of functional needs with scalable technical architectures. The architect leads the creation and maintenance of a strong architectural framework, guiding teams from concept through to successful implementation.

• Develop scalable and maintainable solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business strategies and both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Experience and Skills:

• We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, and over 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP functional areas.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solution design and delivery, either as an implementation consultant or lead solution architect.
• Extensive knowledge of operational and functional processes, particularly within the commodity, resources, and manufacturing industries.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and design thinking principles.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Proven expertise in business process re-engineering, process design, and managing significant organizational change.
• Exceptional collaboration, influencing, and analytical skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across a global network, spanning different regions and time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

What You'll Do:

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English to service Indonesian customers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Salesforce.com, Dynamics or other CRM platforms
• Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
