Job Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day trading activities and supporting Traders to market and trade zinc to grow sales volume and margin.
• Serve as the PIC for hedging and taking pricing orders from suppliers/customers and ensuring the positions are appropriately & correctly hedged at all times.
• Monitor daily physical operations and give direction & support to operations & trade finance in day-to-day activities that have PNL impact in the event Trader is not available.
• Working with Risk Team on daily risk management on all physical and paper positions highlighting them promptly and appropriately while proposing mitigation and solutions.
• Timely and accurate updating of the Position summary for all pricing orders taken and all futures positions placed.
• Working with the Risk Team & Accounting Team to implement/support all derivatives reconciliation with accounting books.
• Managing and overseeing deal closing to ensure all deals realized & closed by Operations weekly are correctly marked and reflected.
• Coordination with the risk team to ensure all pricing positions are managed accurately and timely with a clear explanation for all outright exposure.
• Provide and perform an in-depth analysis of the market environment whenever requested by Management.
